Transpose Keyboard

1. Press and hold the TRANSPOSE button.
2. Press a key between C1 and C3 to set the transposition amount relative to C2.
3. Release TRANSPOSE.

To cancel: Press and hold TRANSPOSE, press C2, then release TRANSPOSE.
