SHORTboard 49
2010
The E-MU SHORTboard 49 is the 49-key sibling of the LONGboard 61, introduced at NAMM 2010. It shares the same E-MU 8030 sound engine (128-voice polyphony, 64 MB sound ROM), assignable knobs and sliders, pitch and mod wheels, and PIPEline 2.4 GHz wireless audio/MIDI, in a more compact USB/MIDI controller-keyboard format. It was among E-MU's final products before Creative wound down the brand.
