The E-MU Proteus Custom is a sound module sharing the technical specifications of the Proteus 2000. It shipped with the sound ROMs of the buyer's choice, allowing customers to pick their sound set or customize the unit using E4 Ultra banks on Flash. It is part of E-MU's Proteus 2000-family of rackmount sound modules.
