Orbit V2

The E-MU Orbit V2 (model 9095) is the second-generation version of E-MU's dance/techno-oriented Orbit 9090 sound module. It is functionally identical to the V1 but ships with updated EPROMs, a new OS version, and 128 additional presets. The V2 adds 45 new beats, a song composer for creating custom beat sequences, and BEATS MIDI out. Many V2 units were physically labelled 9090 with a red "V2" overprint; the upgrade was also offered as an EPROM/OS kit for existing 9090 owners.
