Emulator IIIx

The Emulator IIIx (EIIIx) is the rackmount version of E-mu's Emulator III, released in 1990. It packages the EIII's 16-bit sampling engine, analog filters, and digital processing into a 19-inch rack with SCSI storage and expandable sample RAM, sharing the keyboard EIII's warm, characterful sound.
