- Install the E-MU 1010 PCI card in the computer.
- Turn on the computer. Windows detects the hardware.
- When prompted for drivers, click 'Cancel'.
- Insert the E-MU software Installation CD.
- Run 'setup.exe' from the CD.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Choose 'Continue Anyway' if Windows Logo Testing warning appears.
- Restart the computer when prompted.
