Optimal Recording Level Adjustment

1. Insert a Peak Meter at the top of the mixer strip's insert section.
2. Click the Peak Meter and select "EFFECT" in the Viewer window for high resolution.
3. Play input source.
4. Adjust external device output level so the meter is mostly in the yellow range, occasionally hitting red.
