The E-MU 0404 is an entry-level 24-bit/192kHz PCI digital audio interface from E-MU's Creative Professional Digital Audio System line, with two balanced 1/4" analog ins/outs, coaxial and optical S/PDIF, and MIDI I/O on a single card. It runs E-MU's E-DSP engine and the PatchMix DSP mixer for zero-latency hardware monitoring, routing, and onboard effects. A later 0404 USB version was also sold under the same model name.
