The NUAGE FADER unit was designed specifically for professional post-production workflows, with its 16-channel layout and ability to link up to three units providing scalable control surfaces for dubbing stages, film mixing, and broadcast facilities. The system's Dante networking infrastructure allowed unprecedented flexibility in studio configuration and expansion.
Notable for its "Unit Link" functionality enabling two-operator workflows, the NUAGE system gained traction in major post-production facilities worldwide, particularly in film and television dubbing where rapid switching between Nuendo, Cubase, and Pro Tools sessions was essential for complex mixing projects involving dialogue, sound effects, and music elements.
