Stamchild 670+

Stamchild 670+

2025

The StamChild 670+ is an identical sounding replica of three different Fairchild 670s — after carefully testing and measuring three original units, Stam found each had significantly different top-end responses, so all three are incorporated with a dark/standard/bright switch per channel. The flagship Fairchild replica with 10 added features: three frequency response selections, Vintage/Modern mode, sidechain HPF, LAT-VERT with Link and Independent function, DC threshold control, manual attack/release, feedback/feedforward compression, blend control, output attenuation + make-up gain, and true bypass. Uses AMI UT26 input transformers and huge Sowter 8344E output transformers. 18 NOS tubes. 8U format. Hand made in Chile.
