The Stam Audio SA-49 is an exact sounding replica of one of the most sought-after tube microphones in history — the Telefunken M49. Features dual-diaphragm design with remotely switchable pickup patterns via continuously-variable potentiometer for cardioid, omni, figure-eight, or any position between. Custom K49 capsule individually tested to match original K47/M7 frequency response, NOS 6SB6-V tube, and US-made AMI BV11R output transformer wound to original Braunbuch specification using custom UI30 laminations. 100% faithful to the original vintage circuit. Hand made in Chile.
