1073MP
The Stam Audio 1073MP is a dual-channel discrete preamplifier — the most authentic replica of a vintage Neve 1073 preamp available today. Unlike most clones, the 1073MP uses a custom UK-made Sowter 1777 output transformer, the only transformer Stam has found to truly replicate the original Marinair LO1166's smooth top end and larger-than-life low end. Features Carnhill VTB9045 input transformers, tantalum/polystyrene/Vishay capacitors, BC550C and 2N3055 transistors — all measured individually before soldering. 70dB of gain, impedance selection, 48V phantom power, line input, and less than 0.5% THD. Hand made in Chile.
