The Ensoniq TS-12 is functionally identical to the TS-10 but replaces the 61-note synth-action keyboard with a 76-note weighted, hammer-action Fatar keybed featuring channel aftertouch. It combines Transwave synthesis with sample playback, offering 32 voices of polyphony, 12-part multitimbrality, and an onboard 24-track sequencer. It can also load and play EPS/ASR samples, with 2 MB of sample RAM standard, expandable to 8 MB.
