The Ensoniq SPM-1 is a 2U rackmount sampled piano module, the keyboardless version of the SDP-1 Sampled Digital Piano. It offers 10-voice polyphony across a full 88-note MIDI range with velocity sensitivity, providing multi-sampled acoustic and electric pianos, marimba, vibes, and clavinet sounds plus a separate duophonic bass section with its own audio output and MIDI channel. It is played from an external MIDI controller and features stereo audio outputs, headphone out, and MIDI In/Out/Thru.
