MR-76
1996
The Ensoniq MR-76 is the 76-key, weighted-action flagship of Ensoniq's MR-series Music Production Synthesizer line, the larger-keybed sibling of the 61-key MR-61. It pairs a 64-voice expandable sound engine (roughly 1,200 onboard sounds plus a built-in drum machine) with an integrated 16-track sequencer and on-board effects. Three expansion sound-card slots let players add up to 24 MB of extra waveforms per slot, making it a self-contained writing and performance workstation.
