The Ensoniq KT-76 is a 76-key workstation with a fully weighted, hammer-action keyboard aimed at piano players, built around a 64-voice ROM-based wavetable engine that includes Ensoniq's signature Transwave synthesis for evolving, morphing timbres. It pairs that sound set with a 16-track onboard sequencer (expandable via PCMCIA card), 16-part multitimbral operation, and resonant digital filters with built-in effects. The 76-key version shares its electronics with the 88-key KT-88, differing only in keyboard size.
