EPS-16 Plus keyboard

The Ensoniq EPS-16 Plus is a 61-note keyboard sampling workstation introduced in 1990 as the successor to the original 13-bit EPS, upgrading to 16-bit sampling across seven selectable sample rates from 11.2 kHz to 44.6 kHz with 20-voice polyphony. It pairs the sampler with a built-in stereo effects processor (13 onboard DSP effects), dual multi-mode digital filters, a 16-track sequencer, expandable sample RAM, and an optional SCSI interface. It became a landmark affordable production tool, widely used in early-1990s hip-hop.
