Calibrate Pitch Wheel

1. Access the Calibrate Sub-Menu (Edit -> X1 -> CAL -> Enter).
2. Select CCM and press Enter.
3. Sweep the Pitch Wheel through its range.
4. Let the wheel spring back to center.
5. Press the Snapshot button (Display should show 'Ctr').
6. Press Enter to store.
