Calibrate Pitch Wheel

1. Enter the Calibration menu (Edit -> X1 -> CAL -> Enter).
2. Select CCM and press Enter.
3. Sweep the Pitch Wheel through its full range.
4. Let the wheel spring back to center.
5. Press the illuminated Snap Shot button (display should show 'Ctr').
6. Press Enter to store.
7. Press Home to finish.
