Channel Diagnostics and Disable

Symptoms this guide addresses

  • No output on specific key
  • Garbled or noisy output on specific key
  1. Load a long sound with no loop.
  2. Ensure Fixed Allocation mode is on.
  3. Play and hold notes sequentially on the keyboard section to isolate the specific channel causing the fault.
  4. To disable a channel, press and hold the SAMPLE button.
  5. While holding SAMPLE, press the GET UPPER button.
  6. Release both buttons.
  7. Press the key on the keyboard corresponding to the disabled channel (e.g., C for Ch 1).
