Enable MIDI Program Changes

1. Press and hold the Shift key.
2. Briefly press the Mode key (Function).
3. Release the Shift key.
4. Use Scroll keys to select Program Change switch (P.C).
5. Briefly press the Function key while holding Shift to toggle ON/OFF.
