Receive MIDI System Exclusive

1. Ensure Device ID matches the sender (ID 127 receives all).
2. Ensure no programs are in Edit Mode (unsaved edits will be lost).
3. Initiate Dump Request from sender device.
4. Wait for transfer (up to 20 seconds). Do not power off.
5. If receiving a single Program Dump, use the Store function to save it.
