Factory Reset / System Initialization

Symptoms this guide addresses

  • •Restore original sounds
  • •Clear all user programs
  1. Use MIDI System Exclusive 'Program Bulk Dump Request' from an external device to send factory data back to the Pulse (requires original SysEx file).
  2. Alternatively, manually recall programs 41–99 if they have been overwritten (not a full reset).
  3. To restore Global Parameters, perform a 'Global Parameter Dump' from an external librarian containing the factory data.
