Send System Exclusive Dump

1. Press and hold the Shift key.
2. Press the Mode key (alternate function: Dump).
3. Release the Shift key.
4. Use Scroll keys to select: Program Dump, All Dump, or Controller Dump.
5. Press the Mode key again while holding Shift to start transmission.
