- Set front panel controls as specified in Figure 5-4. Ensure Pitch Wheel is centered.
- Turn Power ON and allow a 30 minute warm-up period.
- Scale Trimpot Adjustment:
- Set Octave Range to 8'.
- Press low A (55Hz) and zero beat with the Shift trimpot.
- Press high A (440Hz) and zero beat with the Scale trimpot.
- Repeat until both notes zero beat.
- High End Compensation:
- Set Octave Range to 2'.
- Press low A (440Hz) and zero beat with Shift trimpot.
- Press high A (3520Hz) and zero beat with High End trimpot.
- Repeat until both notes zero beat.
- Octave Adjustment:
- Set Octave Range to 32'. Press high A (220Hz) and zero beat using Shift trimpot.
- Set Octave Range to 2'. Press high A (3520Hz) and zero beat using Octave trimpot.
- Final Shift Adjustment:
- Set Octave Range to 2'. Press low A (440Hz) and adjust Shift trimpot for zero beat.
